$294 - Bought the same as crutchfield wihtout the free goodies crutch throws in for ya.

Im contemplating getting it myself or one of the pioneer models.

Dagh, You posted on my other thread with the same problem. But yeah im working through the same dilemnas myself. I took a real liking to the 9835 but thast real up there in $$$ for me.

Buying from Crutchfield is buying from an authorized dealer.... There wasa thread in the sub section about buying authorized. Also, what other company will send you all the info you need for tearing apart your car? Tell you exactly what wires to cut and exactly what wires to mate them with?

While Crutchs price is high (retail in fact) I feel that it is worth it, those ones on ebay are not garunteed new, they are not manufacturer warrantied, you dont even know if they will work.....

Well I have a friend who is hooking me up with everything Crutchfield would send me anyway, so that's not really a plus for me. Most sellers with high ratings on ebay have a DOA policy or a 30-90 day warrenty. I belive even if you don't buy authorized, you can still take it to a repair center, but you have to pay.
