got about 1.5' here in MA now. Snow day off ftw. Took the magnum up to the industrial park last night for some open lot drifting. I love the snow. Hope you and yours had a nice Christmas.

Thx buddy, finally someone who is dealing with it too... the wife just spent 20 min shovelling out of the end of the driveway lol, got over a foot here and 50mph gusts... its pretty crazy. Saturday...

* Moderate to heavy snow will move back into the area today...

and persist through Saturday morning. Snowfall rates of an

inch or two an hour will be possible this afternoon.

* Storm total snowfall amounts from both storms working in concert is

expected to range from 8 to 14 inches... with snow accumulation

dropping off Saturday morning.

* The combination of strong winds of 25 to 35 mph and moderate

to heavy snowfall will result in blowing and drifting snow. A

reduction in visibilities to near zero are expected to develop

by mid to late afternoon... and continue through early Saturday

morning.

* Wind chill values down to 40 below are possible through

been there done that.... at least it's not -40 actual temp... i've seen that here... our record low actual temp (not wind chill) is -58 ... and i don't live in Alaska either
