Stumped

I'm a newbie, so I hope I'm in the right place? I bought a Pioneer avh x 35 00 bhs two months ago for my 2012 Mustang. Recently (the last 3 weeks) my unit has been losing all my presets after I turn the car off, at random. I have moved the hot from the harness adapter to the battery and it still happens. Can I get some advice? Thanks

Bad power or ground connection or the memory wire has a bad connection

yellow memory, hook it straight up to your POS+ wire. done

Thanks. I'll check the connections again. Hopefully that will fix it.
