Stumped on port tuning for Sundown 12" X rev2 box build

Make a long story short my brother and I are Doing a custom trunk build in my 11 impala

I chose to Run 1 Sundown X rev2 12inch sub .Specs say small ported enclosure of 2.50cubes ported.

I've used some box tuning calculator formulas on my phone apps and I get different figures no matter what way I do it.

This is a compete custom trunk build to fill all voids install with a false wall and all carpeted with boxed in carpeted amp Trays .

I'm at the point to build the box but neither of us are math geniuses. I can run wires tune amps make sealed boxes but I want to be able to tune this sub to 32hz with a aero port .

My calculations are coming up 5.5 diameter port that's 19" long

One calculation is 6 inch port that's 14 inch long Yielding 31hz

Here's the deal is have 36 inches from wheel well to wheel well I want to utilize the length at 36 so if I go 15 high and 20 deep that's supposed to be 2.5 cubes.

I don't care how tall the box is or deep I just want to make sure I make it 36 side to side this has to do with the cosmetics of making the rest of the design fit good.

IF I have 36 across x16 height and no more then 20 deep what can I do to get 2.5cubes with at least using the 36 across

Now the next question what size port would tune me at 32hz

Anyone calculate this for me and get me 2.5cubes open chamber at 32hz with a round PVC port diameter and length result?

May be a little late, but we've had good luck with 2.35cuft@31hz with 17.5sqin port per cube. I still have the design if you want it. He was doing 140 out of the trunk with no testing and very little tuning.
