seatbelts on buses can be dangerous. I know some people are gonna argue against this, but u know there are kids dumb enough that are gonna find some way to strangle themselves, or even use the seatbelts as weapons. Plus the whole how are they really gonna enforce everyone to wear it kinda thing.
