whats the best way to get out a stripped screw?

is there a special bit or what, i thought about grinding it off, but then im left with getting the rest of the screw out

its a screw holding the basket to the motor

have you tried needlenose pliers?

and i think they actually make some kind of tool to remove them, go to ace hardware or homedepot and ask around.

My dad uses these bits from craftsman that are made just for removing stripped screws. Sometime though if it's easily accesable he will take the dremel tool and cut a slot in the head to remove it with a flat blade.
