It is made by Memphis Audio, although their lower brand, I would imagine they would be well worth the money, as I am sure Memphis wouldn't make anything that didn't meet up to its specs.

I got the SER1002 pushing 2 12' JL W1's.

The amp cost me 189 at my local shop. I'm happy with it. Sounds good to me for now.
