Hi,

I woke up this morning and my driver side window was broken out...

someone stole my two visor tv's, an indash tv, a kicker 1200, two rockford 12 t1, a optima redtop, and a playstation.....

I do have insurance but theirs a hundred dollar deductible.

Do you think I should get new stuff or do you think it will get stolen again ????

If I do get new stuff I will get two 15 rockford t1 and a rockford amp and not get any tv's this time...

What do you think ?

a good alarm would be a good investment b4 anything else. tint too. and not bumping in residential areas.

Low jack and a good alarm system are a must.

Then yes it is worth getting a new system. But the current thieves will be back to see If you have replaced it so be weary.

i agree with getting an alarm...my car got broken into twice...but only had an amp stolen..

thats why i decided to get an alarm...

I wish I could remember the details... but I think there is a way to hook an alarm siren to you stereo system, that might be a strong consideration, to all of us with stereos. think about it... its 3am and BOOOM there goes your subs, that would draw so much attention that they would definatley run

alarm, maybe a pager alarm with no audioble chirp when arming disarming. no tint.

I have a 1000 dollar decuctible and my dad payed for my stuff and he doesnt think its funny and says that no matter what I get they will come back because now they know whats up...

Yes i have an alarm its a viper with the pager so its the top of the line and i didnt hear anything they cut the wire immediatly and they knew exactly where it was at because my bro said that he heard it ring and that it turned off after two seconds so he didint think anything of it....they also came during a loud thunderstorm they were probably waiting for one.....I also have limo all around...

I wouldn't live in fear pay the $1000 bucks and get new equipment and install it more securely and install a louder horn that will make it extremely uncomfortable to be in or around the car while it is going off. and install a couple bright strobes in your car... wireless cameras where you park even?

all of these options to keep yer stuff from getting stolen is so cheap...

yer equipment musta cost over $1000 bucks so their is no sense in not paying the $1000 bucks....
