It makes it look that way. the machines are real close together and as the letter goes in the ring/ whatever goes out. see if you can call the first major sorting depot might be able to get it back from them. ask at the post office where it was mailed where they go to first.

Long story short, I forgot my promise ring from my girlfriend at my parents place across the state last weekend. My sister mailed it to me.
Of course, she had to mail JUST the ring, nothing around it to disguise it (yeah, she's a dumb****).

And, of course, i get the envelope today, with a rip across the top of the envelope just big enough for a ring to get through.

Is there anything i can do about it?
