stolen identity

he's my cousin and ive known him my whole life

his older brother is like my older brother

though i am not too close with my cousin

If it was possible to not be responsible for debt ran up by someone else without that person getting in trouble it would be a great scam.

Its not possible.

You are either screwed with paying off the debt, or you have to report it to both the police and that credit card company.

You may be able to get out from underneath the debt, but only if the credit card company has someone else to go after.

Theres no other choices, sorry.

My cousin sold an IDMax and a custom box I built for it when he got addicted to meth. He was like a brother to me, but that didn't stop me from beating his *** and getting the cops to retrieve my property from one of his friends. Don't be the nice guy. It will bite you in the *** in the future. Especially with close relatives.

Don't mix family and money. That idiot stole from you. I'd go steal back my credit card, hire some gay hookers to anally **** him for hours on end and charge it to that card, then report him for theft and being an ***.

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. With your attitude, i hope he does it again. you think everyone is forgiven since his family got laid off, im 17 and i cant get a job, if i steal you identity are you going to be lenient on me too. I hope someone ruins your credit more than that and makes your realzie how ignorant you are. He obviously didnt have a problem with it the first time and when you let him get off he wont have a problem doing it again.

he's probably done this before
Why does the friggin screen turn so dark I can't even see my own typing???

Ya, I agree. He has done this before. Too bad for you if he makes payments towards your card they will end in a few months and you will be stuck. All in the name of family.

Same thing happened to me 2 years ago with my little sister. I decided to call the bank and tell them I gave her permission but forgot about it. Pretty dumb of me to do but she promised to pay it off and give me money so I did it. Card still isn't paid off and my credit isn't doing too good right now. She did give me 200 bucks so far though and makes payments on the card sometimes
