I wouldnt buy anything with GE now that they're being investigated for selling information to Iran. They're failing.

I find that whole issue very ignorant. First of all, they didn't sell information, it was power generating turbines which were purchased from Iranian government for infrastructural purposes. So what? They are a business, Would people stop eating mccdonalds if they opened one in iraq? Not to mention Iraq is no longer on the list of countries sponsoring terrorists.

That said, Although the point is a bit ridiculous, it is still valid as the common American probably associates a negative connotation to GE because of the corporate paparazzi

The most accurate display of stupidity is the fact that about 2 people in this thread have actually responded to my valid topic of discussion.

my first install was bad *** because i paid someone to do it recognizing that i lacked the skill to do a decent job.

Maybe we're purposely derailing your thread?

I eventually got fed up with losing money trying to pick stocks, and figured there had to be a better way. I found a book that laid out the info I posted above.

Like I said, Stupidity.

I lost nothing, I got that 13 for next to free with the 4 10's. At the very least the 4 10"s were properly installed for free vs the money to gave someone to do shit you shoulda been able to do yourself. The fact that 95% of you people only say the system would sound bad because other people tell you it would is another issue entirely. Cancellation is both unavoidable in all systems, and not necessarily excessive in certain systems. Can I explain exactly why? Partially, but not really I'm no acoustical engineer. I'll tell you, at the request of this forum, I listened to the system with only the 10's and then hooked up the 13. It was louder and SQ was not noticeably changed. Now if you want to go on and on about how my ears ****, go ahead. As faulkton knows, I will continue to be annoyed by your argument, however amused at your stupidity.
