My friend has a 2004 Toyota Camry LE. Right now he has a system all ready to go in and whatnot. But i have a question about putting his HU in. For the new one I know all I need is the harness and connectors and all that shit. But to take out the stock HU it looks to be a problem. If anybody knows how to take out the HU on that car, feel free to help. I've tried to take off the woodgrain but I'm scared to break it.

ok just did a deck in one today. first take a 90 hook pick and pop the trim ring around the shift knob, then pull the middle climate control, and take out the philips head screw, then from the bottom up pull the dash out and it should pop out, once that is removed, there are 4 10mm bolts holding the radio in, underneath the radio. take them out and then the radio should come out, becareful its a tricky install, but take your time and its all clips holding most of everything in, so if it seem like it wont come out, just tug on it a little bit it will come out. hope i helped Good Luck!
