stinger cross-flow fans...

i've got and a/d/s/ ph30.2 which i'm planning to mount upside down from my rear deck in conjunction with a xscorpion cross-flow fan. i recently pulled my factory cd changer and the power and ground wires are still there. provided the power is switched and not constant shouldn't i be able to use them both for the fan as opposed to using a relay?

also, does anyone know how loud these fans are and are the stinger fans better ie. more flow and quieter?

you can use the power wire from the changer to power the fans. usually it goes more flow the louder lol
