Alright I'm still learning i have four m2 dc 8inch subs so I'm trying to get them all the same ohms two which I have owned for about two years i believe they are dual 4 ohm each side measures around 3.6 and 3.8 I recently bought two more for my new build. when I got them before I installed them I measured the resistance 1.8 so I'm guessing they are dual 2ohm. If anything I wrote sounds wrong please correct me ...

So in addition to my mess I got recones suppose to be dual 2ohms I was going to recone my old subs to 2ohms. I measured the cones today they measure 2.2 ohms is that right ? Is anything I said right? Sorry I'm just confused with all the resistance stuff thank you in advance for help

Is 3.6 and 3.8 generally right for 4ohm

Is 1.8 and 1.9 right for 2ohm

And finally is 2.2ohm right for a recone just wondering why the recone Ihas a higher ohm reading. Would it change once installed

its about right . and it shouldn't change i would think when installed ,but i know it cal change if the wind is blowing ,so it might yes

Lol i guess what im tying to figure out is if my d2 subs are around 1.8 ohms .im reconeing my d4 with yhe new cone which is reading 2.2 is that going to be ok since two are around 1.8 to 1.9 and the new cones are 2.2
