I have an Eclipse XA4000 and an XA1000.
The 4000 will be running both Memphis 6.5" components. If I am using the passive crossover, do I set the AMp to HP (if so what crossover point) or do I leave it full range? there is also a bass boost, what do I do with that?
I thought the crossovers on the speakers protect the highs from low and the lows from highs? Am I correct, what do I do?
I am running an Alpine CDA-9857 HU, Alpine PXA-H701 DSP, Eclipse XA-4000 to tow sets of Memphis MCSQ6.5, the Xa-1000 to two RF 8" stage 3's in JL microbox ported 2-ohm.
