New owners are w/e and like Steve. They helped out a few people and those few blew up threads and post about how great they are. A lot still didn't get helped. They don't even get on forums which is like 90% of their sales.

Customer service is high on mine as well. Companies like Sundown and AQ (along with many others) are amongst the best when it comes to that.

Thats because the new owners are no longer making the product online. They are only selling to distributors and shops.

Here's the skinny... RD offered very tough subs and underrated amps for the cheap. He then ordered a bunch of crap amps that went up in smoke quickly that he charged $425 each. He had people send the junk amps back to him, then disappeared leaving them ampless and/or $425 + shipping back to him short in their wallets.
