Stetsom EX 3k same as Taramps HD 3k?

Both 3k @ 1 ohm, both $229 same size both have 3 light indicators on the top both Brazilian.

Anyone know if the stetsom is using the same board as the HD 3k?

Those don't look similar at all. One has the power and speaker terminals on one side, the other has them on opposite sides.

Everything I've heard about stetsom amps would make me run far far away.
