Would be nice to see. I know people like to judge by what's in the internals of the amps. And from talking to murilo that's all he basis his information off of. So I don't think anyone has done decent tests of similar amps like the 5k2d and the SD5k.

Stetsom was selling here first - makes sense to me.

Ah, seems logical like that. But when you look at it, that's like comparing an old department store to a new department store that are located right next to eachother. The old may have good prices since they were open first, so why would the new store have higher prices? That's like comparing a Steve and Berrys to a Wal-Mart or something alike. I would much rather spend my money at Steve and Barrys. Hence 6.99 jeans.

So an extra $200 for a 5 year warranty that only covers parts and labor? That's sensless to me. Who's to say the company will even be around in 5 years. If that's the honest truth then that's complete B.S. In Brazil SD amps are cheaper than Stetsom with the same "warranty". So its still irrelevant to me. If that's the case then the warranty should be optional.

I still want to see a comparison of the two in output and sq, im not concerned with "why" the prices are different because it wont change them i just want to find out which is a better amp

I care cuz I'm not about to drop $3k on amps that aren't worth it. Why do you think these amps are even being compared. I don't want no zenon based amp. I want to be the only guy in CO with a 16k amp.
