Stetsom amps for SQ

I was just wondering if the available power in the amps would work well for a sq setup, nothing more and nothing less but it appears to me that this site is more geared toward spl.
The reason that I asked is that there are few sq companies with subs that handle 1000+Wrms FOCAL, Morel, Bravox, and probably others.

So if you don't turn it off for your sq competitions and are able to tune your system to blend with the bass at moderate levels then it would work.
Nothing wrong with having more power than you need on hand but as far as true sq goes the noise from the fan in the Stetsoms definately wouldn't help competition wise.

So if you were able to cancel out the fan noise then it could work...

Who says you have to tell them what you are running? Buddy of mine was running Modex+ most of the season with Hypnotiq amps and was beating people running zapco, audison, dls, etc.
USACi does.

I'm no SQ competitor, but I've been to USACi shows and there is a vehicle inspection and picture book of install steps.

I hang out in the knuckle-dragger area for SPL.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

In IASCA there are a lot of rules as well. Pro Class you must have pictures of your build proving that all your wires are zip tied to the car every 6 inches. Grommets in metal, wire loom on exposed stuff. Every wire terminated.

The list goes on and on. However, from what I have heard, USACi is more strict about install portion.

i would have been in trouble in my old car..when we changed anything we left the old wire there LOL. Time I sold the car and it was gutted to do the wall there was enough copper there to trade in and get 2 more 12's and an amp at dealer promo costs back in 2000:laugh:
