Hey,

If I had 3 JL W7s, and I wired one on one channel, one on another and another bridged on both channels, and ALL W7s were 3 ohms, what would be the resultant loads?

I believe it would be 1ohm on each channel.

I also believe that the speaker that was bridged to the amplifier would recieve twice as much power as the two wired individually to each channel, which is not a good thing

Ah yes, correct you are since it would be receiving twice as much as the other sub on each channel. So four times as much total.
