Stereo crap round TWO. Or gen 2?

My son has decided I need to spend some money on a stereo for him. (I don't have one?) Anyway, that's beside the point. I'm just here looking for suggestions for his '93 Chevy Cheyenne SINGLE CAB. (You're tellin me it's hard to do) so he wants massive bass bla bla bla boom boom boom. Well, if I'M doing it, it's going to sound at least decent. So I'm looking for a decent head unit. Some 6.5" components on the cheap, and a sub. Or two. I have a Punch 200x2 *****-Ana and a 60x2 *****-ana that I was hoping to use for amp duties. Was looking at maybe a pioneer DEH-80PRS for a HU. (Wanting to try this whole active thing y'all are doing these days) I really would like to build door pods and a sub box if I could find some plans. Totally lost on which components to get for sub $200 range. Thanks for any help.
