This is long, but I'd appreciate it if you guys took the time to read this.
Well, I'm sad to tell everyone that tonight I will be stepping down, and will be leaving CA.com for some time. Not sure when I will be back, if at all. I'd just like to tell everyone that it was fun being here for the past 6+ years, you guys have provided a lot of help in times of need, a lot of inspiration to me in both my car audio endeavors as well as my personal life, and most importantly, more laughs than I could have ever imagined. I've been moderating here since 2003, and I've had the pleasure to get to know several other mods as well as members and it has been an honor to know some of you on a personal level. I've enjoyed chatting with members, and being here to help others when they are in need of assistance. I've always taken great pleasure in assisting other members in guidance, and have strived to assist any member that contacts me seeking some sort of help. I know I've saved several members from being scammed by potential/returning scammers, and I hope that the other mods can and will do the same in my absence.
I've had my fair share of quarrels with other members- and even fellow moderators- and I'd like to say I'm sorry. I know me and MOT had what probably was a year-long battle and butted heads on multiple occasions, and we were fortunate enough to put our past issues behind us and move forward. I hope others here that have/had issues with me can find it in them to put those issues aside and move forward.
I know caraudio.com is not the place it once was- it's not as friendly as it used to be years ago, but we've grown from a few thousand members to over thirty thousand strong. We've got an extremely diverse member base, and that's what makes this place special. I hope this trend continues and CA.com remains the elite car audio forum.
I'd like to end this by saying thank you to everyone for all the fun. Special thanks to all the loungers (especially CT'ers) that have helped me get through 8-hour work days with your malarkey.
