Steering clunk

Is it normalve a clunk in the steering wheel while you are stopped and push the steering wheel back and forth quickly? It pretty much goes away as soon as yu start moving however. Anyone else have this clunk or know what it might be? Feels like a dead spot in the steering.

Loose pinch bolt, or slack in your steering rack. Could be VAPS related slack though. What kind of vehicle is it?
