it doesnt necessarily have to involve blood. if she has herpes and you have any type of cut or sore in your mouth or on your face, youre gonna get herpes. if she had ghonnorea youl be able to see/smell it, dont eat it. and believe it or not you can even get genital warts in your mouth if shes got em...HPV warts in your throat are really rare though
