Stay with the Alpine?

I have been gathering parts for an install. Here is what I have so far:

Focal Polyglass 165 V2S

Alpine MRV-F357 (80-120W bridged)

1 -JL Audio 10" W3v2-D4 sub

This alpine is a 5 channel amp. I am planning to run it bridged to the Focal's and do not plan to have any rear speakers. I'll drive the sub with the 5th channel. I am more concerned about SQ than the system being loud.

Here is my question: I'm trying to decide if I should stay with this setup or sell the Alpine and pick up a JL Audio 300/2 for the Focal's and a 250/1 for the sub.I have found a real good deal on these from an authorized dealer. Would this be a huge improvement over the Alpine amp?
