So for a while now i thought i needed brakes because i would have to push down further and futher every time i needed to stop. Finnaly my brakes gave out so i stoped by to closet place to get it fixed which was NTB. So i tell the guy my problem, next thing i know 20 minutes later there trying to tell me i need rotors and my rear wheel drum is in bad shape too. I know for a fact i dont need rotors because I just recently bought them. At anyrate they tried to tell me it would be around $900 to fix all of that stuff. I told them I dont want any of that fixed I just want to be able to stop. So its gonna be 190 including tax for the brakes and installtion. 2 hours later the mechanic brings me back and tells Im still not going to be able to stop and ill have a soft brake pedal!! He said theres a leak in my master cylinder and it would be around 400 to replace!!! At this point im beyond pissed. The guy brings me up from and tells me the total 190. At this point i really feel like I got scammed i could of got brake pads and got them installed anywhere else for alot cheaper, then on top of that, It does nothing for me i still cant stop! So they did work to my car and didnt fix a thing. Theres no manager on duty and i asked the clerk to phone his manager he refused. I asked him to take the pads off and he wouldnt. So basically he said you can leave you car here over night and wait. I wanted to jump over the counter and choke him! Why the F*&^ would i leave me car here with you shady f*#^S and how would I get home? So i threw 200 at him and told him to give me my *****! So i knew this little shop and told the guy something was wrong with my master brake cylinder he makes a call gets the part used for $20 and charges me 40 to have it installed. $60 WOW ill be going there if i have any problems. I honestly think NTB may have did something to my master cylinder to make to force me to pay more money........ By all Means stay away from NTB they are scammers and will try to pull fast ones over on you!
