Static sound from speakers?

Hello everyone I'm having some trouble with my coaxials once and a while on some songs I can hear some static mostly on the high notes when the songs are at their quiet points. I don't think the speakers are blown it happened on my head units built in amp and on my newly installed 4 channel.
