Static in speakers

When playing songs i get static in all the speakers but only when its a quiet part then as soon as someone starts singing again or instrumentals it goes away immediatly. Any suggestions?

the power cables ain't doing nuthing

yes, it could be your crappy HU and its more than likely the culprit

positive the noise isnt always there, and just getting masked at the louder parts?

Car: 1996 Ford Econoline e-350 diesel (converted to 4wd) w/ about a 6-7 inch lift
