Starting my MAP stack................

noob gains don't even come that quick. He is losing weight, possibly getting more defined, thus thinking he is bigger.
i did drop down in weight, muscles are showing more, but i been working out in a while, so i am getting results faster which is good. but after doing research, the supps i have are not worth it price wise, i checked out the servings. the bottle says 40 servings, but 1 scoop is a serving, and ie the nitric oxide is 3 scoops, which equals 3 servings. so in the end, its like a 2-3 week supply. so yes, i paid too much!!

yes the servings to ratio sucks ***, but it still does the job. i hit the gym hard and the next day i dont feel as sore as the days i did not take anything.

ill back you up somewhat, its not 100% placebo, you pre-workout stuff probably has a ton of caffeine in it, so youll get that "energy rush" to want to work out, once it fades though youll be gassed and probably want to leave the gym.

next time go for the pre-workout (try them all, they all work differently with different people) some whey (Optimum Nutrition is the shit) some creatine mono, a good multi and plenty of good food and water and youll be set. So many supplements are crap, you just gotta weed through it.

i just finished my 12 weeks of a pro-hormone / designer steroid cycle whatever you want to call it....i was looking for the same as you lose bf% and put on some lean mass

lulz at all the meat heads thinking you have to buy this shit....if you complain about not having the time to keep a proper diet and work out correctly, then how the hell are you going to take a pre, post, and late post supplement?

Why not just the whey and 5 to 6 small meals a day? this worked for me.
