Starting my MAP stack................

Yup coughed up some dough and ordered my supps through http://www.bodybuilding.com at a pretty great price, had a come back 10% off coupon, so total came out ot $101 shipped.

I tried other supps, but really wanted to try something new, so this is it, the Muscle Asylum Project combo stack!!! It will consist of:

MAP NO Plasmacore (pre-workout)

MAP Anabolic OD (immediate post-workout)

MAP Freak Fix Whey (30 min post-workout)

Controlled Labs Orange Triad (multi-vitamin)

So yeah, plan to stick with my current weight give or take, which is 188lbs, but shed body fat and build lean mass muscle. Just want to share my joy lol, also will start this Monday, will take before and after pics!!!

you cant just buy creatine.. you need to have a very strict nutritional diet and have a habit of always having water in your hand.. good luck with your workout man let us know how that stuff works for you!

Just buy ON Whey Protein and creatine.

That stuff is going to do your body more harm than good. Just buy some whey protein and eat properly (or better yet get all of your protein from real food you eat) and you'll be far better off. Getting nutrients from food > than taking them in powders.

 
thanks for the comments guys, i agree that a strict but good diet is all you need, but many of us do no have time to be dedicated like that. and 2 of those items are whey and creatine, just a fancy name.

if take properly, you will see gains, and thats my goal, work out 4 days a week, and try to have a stict diet. ill post back after a week of taking this stuff.

It worked for me. I got "swole" or whatever you want to call it with the only supplements being whey protein and creatine. Granted I wasn't cut by any means, but I had a lot of size to me.

not going to say you bought junk, but google buildingbrawn and try brands like dymatize. you will save money and virtually get the same product you just won't be paying advertising prices, sorda like buying a 100 dollar monster hdmi cord when a 10 dollar one does the same thing.

buildingbrawn is website and has the best prices you will find and the cheapest shipping.

 
Not sure how much the supplements helped.

But the only time I bench is when I have a spotter. And thats quite rare, so I dumbell bench almost exclusively. The previous time I maxed was a few months ago. I did it again recently and I jumped 15-20pounds.

Also my leg press has gone up significantly since I stopped using it and did hack squats. When I went to leg press again I was able to do 225pounds more.

Right now I use body fortress creatine and protein powder from ralphs. Its cheap and it tastes good. mmmmmm

 
okay a lot of people in this thread said that i got ripped off, that it does nothing. well all of you guys are wrong, i seen a notice is shape and size on the 2 1/2 weeks i been on this stuff. At the gym, i am forcing out reps that i could have never done before. I get done quicker, dont get tired as easy, lifting more weight than normal, sweating like a mofo. My arms got a tad bit bigger, biceps look wider, triceps and getting harder and bigger.

honestly if taken right, it will work, like me. others who take it on and off will see no results, thats where it fails. but i been taking what i am suppose to take at the times needed, 4x a week. also dropped down 5 lbs, but dont look it, i took a pic before, will take a pic after, maybe the end of the 3rd week!
