ok im back and im gettin ready to install a new system in my 99 chevy cavalier. im looking for some great 12 inch subs and have been trying to decide on either the pioneer TS-W306C/DVC , the premier TS-W126C/DVC or 2004 or 2005 kicker comp vr. ill prolly end up getting 2 of each depending on cost. thanks for all suggestions.

Before anyone can really help you out, you've gotta give us some more information.

1.) How much space do you have to work with (ft^3)?

2.) What is your spending limit?

3.) Do you already have an amp to use or will that be included in the spending limit?

4.) What is your goal? Uncompromised sound quality? Ball shaking SPL? A healthy mix of both?

Once we have that information, we can help you out a little better.

well im looking for some really ball shaking spl. and no im goin to need to buy an amp but that isnt included in the cost. im dealing with the truck of a cavalier so i know i can fit 2 on any of these in the back. and am looking to spend about 150-250 dollars. there ya go.

dude u obviously didn't listen to what he said. if we're talking about a coupe cavi, u dont have much space. 150-250 could get u a 10-12" HC or SX off ebay, maybe even a 15" HC if ur lucky. throw a 1000-2000 watt amp on that.........wait. those like room to breathe. ur gonna have some trouble getting that in there. a kid at my school runs dual 10" power refs. they slam pretty good. he has 'em sealed in 1 cube chambers. i'd look into a sealed box, but then again u want "ball-shaking" spl.

well actually im just looking for something that will ouitrun 2 12 inch kicker comps not vr wwith a 800 max kenwood amp running to it in an kicker ported box.
