loopkiller, do I run my amps negatives direct to battery and can I use 2 different earth points

I was going to earth the 2nd bat to the first bats earth point

I would run all the grounds to the batt if you have a unibody car. If you have a full frame vehicle, you can opt to use the frame rail if you desire. Wire is cheap and easy to run. I would opt for the wire myself so I know it is a good ground.
