Just got a membership again.. I was into it heavy about 4 yrs ago, but a Rotator cuff injury pu tme out for a long while, then got busy with work, GF, etc etc and just got totally de-railed... So... Im starting from scratch, what do I need?? Im 5'10" 200 pounds.. Not fat, just average/stocky I guess.. Im just looking to gain my upper body in general and once I get back into the swing of thigs again, and on a full cycle Ill be in the gym 3-4 times a week, hitting it pretty hard each time on 2 muscle groups each time ..

Ive been out for a while , so Im just gonna throw out what I already know

- oils

-multivitamin

-protein

-pre wkout

-post workout

I was thinking about a GN stack of Myofusion, Super Pump, Size on with a Multi and oil

or

Optimum Nutrition with something like a BSN stack with cell mass and NO, with multi and oil

any and all suggestions are welcome, thanks

im not a fan of the new super pump
Its been a while since Ive even looked at supplements ... Is it superpump max or extreme or something like that??

I figure just getting a good base will be enough

good protein, pre/post, multi and oils

I need to lift again. I bought a weight set two days ago and now my leg hurts from moving the bish... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

super pump is no good. I dont know if you have complete nutrition close but they have a stack that beats anything ihave tryed at gnc. buzzerk/nx6? i think/rezzurect. Awesome stack. The usplabs stuf is good from gnc. jack3d is an aawesome pre workout if you dont mind stimulants. they really dont have **** for pre workout for non stimulants. I have used so many stacks and to be honest the best thing i have used and what i do now is just excellent diet and protein/creatine. I do use preworkut from time to time depending on how lethargic i feel but just strait monohydrate creatin and protein supplements an hour before and immediately after workout. just dont use muscletechs creatine. It has ridiculos amt of carbs. like 50g or something.

first place to start is the kitchen and cardio IMHO.....

you will see crazy results with eating healthy and having a good healthy cardiovascular system...

if u go to bodybuilding dot com all there supplements are rated from consumers all u really need is a good multivitamin and protein shake packed with all your amino acids

only no product worth taking is NO shotgun.. white flood is good too. forgot to mention that
Personally I don't like white flood, it didnt really give me a good pump or boost

For my preworkout I'm using napalm right now, however I like Jack3d and 1MR (One more rep) too

Protein powder is kind've hard to go wrong... just avoid the GNC obviously, right now I'm using 2:1:1 (Bodybuilding.com - Optimum 2:1:1 Recovery - Rapid Recovery Ratios* On sale now!)

That or I like syntha-6 too, VPX is good for cutting but doesnt taste as good IMO

OP, find a place with a professional trainer (someone who has actually gone to college for this shit) and follow their recommendations. You don't need all that supplement shit unless you are an olympic or professional athlete, and even then, half that crap is useless.

Try not to fall into the "I pick things up and put them down" category bro. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif
