This really sucks.. especially for me as a detroit fan who thought it was all over during 3rd period..

Great game nonetheless.. Even though Pitts played like a shit in 3rd OT imo, they kept throwing the puck away while Detroit was trying to make a play and here comes the penalty and gave the game away..

I guess Wings got to hoist the Stanley in Pittsburg (which wont be as fun as it would be in Detroit)

The pens played like shit from period 2 on, the Wings dominated a full game and a halfs worth of playing time and have a loss to show for it thanks to Hudler for being a dumb shit.

Detroit outplayed Pittsburgh for 5 of 6 periods and lost it on a stupid penalty. The 3rd period was absolutely atrocious for the Pens, except for the last minute where they pulled out the tying goal w/ the extra attacker. We were at the bar and we were counting the minutes before they even got their first fvcking shot on goal in the 3rd, it was that bad.

I thought the game was well-refereed. You run into the goalie, you get a penalty. There were several times when they ran into Fleury and didn't even call it.

Anyways, bring on Game 6.
