standard cab S10 sub questions

I have a standard cab S10 and want to put a sub or 2 in it. Problem is space. I have 2 8" PG tantrums but now thinking maybe 1 10" would be better because the box could be bigger. Also depth can be an issue. I also will be installing a Cadence TXA6004 amp and that will take up 25" of space. Anyone have any suggestions?

i ran two 10w0 jl audios in a 95 s-10 in a .75 cu. ft. per sub sealed box by removing the jack bracket from the back of the cab and building the box as wide as i could. also when you design your box try lowering the sub in the box as far as possible.(the lowest screw in my subwoofer was into the bottom panel of the box)
