It's a good way to store them but the better way is to put the 2 12's on top of the stack of 8's. Smaller footprint.

I should try stacking my 18" BTL on top of the 10" 5500 thats hooked up to my comp. Should gain ATLEAST 5 dbs imo

umm yea they were made cheap and light so I didn't really care. I'd never do it to a real subwoofer. These sound more like fuzzy speakers, and that was before I stacked them lol. o well they still play like they did before.
