Ssa xcon 15d2 + sundown saz-1500d combo

SSA Shop - SSA Xcon 15D2 Sub woofer + Sundown SAZ-1500D Amplifier combo

What are your thoughts on this combo & price? $150 saved for buying them together. I don't know anyone who owns these. I am considering purchasing the combo. Thanks in advance guys.

I will not voice my opinion as it is biased, but check out some of the reviews and feedback. I believe there are a few people on here, along with a number on the SSA Forum that can help. The combo works really well together, but does it fill the needs of your system.

You can save another $50 bucks if you buy the SAZ-1500D used off the forums - they usually go from $300-$350 shipped in like new condition - and buy a new Xcon by itself. Or if you pick up an xcon used as well, you can save a good ~$200.

But otherwise, it's a great combo that'll definitely get loud, low, and retain good sound quality.

Any how I'm trying to decide between this and Hertz. Cooking up a fresh setup. I have access to audition all the Hertz, but no SSA around here. I'm definetly looking for reviews on what kind of sound to expect with one or two of them.
