ssa icon vs ia lethal injection

my goal is a daily spl system. space is not a huge problem because it is going in back of a jimmy. they require about the same kind of box. only difference is the lethal injection uses only 600 watts rms and the icon is 1000 rms. I havent bought the amp yet. I was going to chose a sub first.

I wouldn't be too hung up on thermal handling. Both designs appear to be built well, so to push the envelope a bit wouldn't be totally out of the question.

As Aaron mentioned, look at space, output, etc. Also consider budget. If you 'want' more power, budget accordingly. I wouldn't hesitate to throw 1/3rd more power at the Icon if I had the budget for it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Best,

There is no "better sub", there are ones that fit your requirements the best. So goals/space/output/soundquality?
Lol, I disagree with the no better sub statement. Anything is better than Sony or Audiobahn. But with the 2 subs in question I do agree, there isn't a better option per se.

all in the install.

both will be loud, drop low & sound great in a good home. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
