I doubt many if anyone on here has heard both drivers, but I have a feeling you will be happy with either. The q has performed well, and is known to be a solid sql driver, and just by looking at the icon you can see it has excellent build quality, and looks like a meaty little mid level driver. Personally I would test out the icon out of curiousity, but to each his own.
