SR6500 Crossovers Glowing

Okay, so I finally have my Polk SR6500 installed and I noticed when I turn up the volume the fuses start glowing on the crossovers. Is this normal?

I've read somewhere that this could be some sort of protection circuit for the tweeters and any current I send over the max it simply throws at these fuses to act as light bulbs to dissipate the power.

I'm just kind of afraid to push them without knowing if they are supposed to glow or if something is wrong.

Ok, after some more reading, I'm quite sure this is a tweeter protection circuit. But, if it's glowing, does that mean I have to turn it down?
