35 is high for an "SQ" box.

Sealed is the easiest. For a true SQ build, just build to recommended specs, and start messing with it. Add polyfill, take out polyfill, etc.

So you think I shoud build the biggest recommended sealed box? Polyfill makes the sub think the box is bigger right?

Standard ported boxes tend to have a kind of peaky response for SQ, I might try something more like Bi-chamber.
Sealed is always a good choice for SQ.
Or you can use EQ to tune out the peaks //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

I ran a DD9515 tuned to 42Hz and with some EQ work it was VERY musical...
