SQL: R or X

Im looking for a sql setup and am willing to spend the money to get 2 type x's but with that also comes a lot for the amps. What do you guys recommend, 2 Type R's or Type X's

R's do not sound pretty.

I'd buy an R again over buying a X.

Neither. Get two Icons, two IXL's, two Q's, etc.

The new 2008 Xs have a different cone now, but i dont know if it changed to much, but the Xs sound clean and good, but the Rs for spl smash them, so if you want a good sub with good tight bass responce then the X is for you
