SQ Sub suggestions that can run on 650 watts at 1 ohm

I'm looking for an SQ sub here. I would like a 12 but not sure if 12's are out there that can be run on 650. Would that be too little to run an ID Max 12?

650 should be able to get a IDmax to reach full excursion. My bro had one on 500wrms and it sounded great and loud... in a sealed box. Porting one would make it even more efficient
