I have a 1994 Regular Cab Ranger and i want to put one 10" or a 12" sub behind the passenger seat. I think i want better SQ than SPL and heard that the Shiva was a great SQ sub. Is this true and if it is would i be able to put it into a .6 cubic foot box. i don't want to have to move the seat up too far.

My other option was to go with an Infinity 10.1 or an Alpine 10" Type R. what do you guys think about hose subs in terms of SQ vs. SPL?

That's what i thought until i downloaded the White Paper on the Shiva from http://www.adireaudio.com and in the paper they tested the Shiva in a .6 cubic foot box. why would they advratise numbers that weren't as good as they possibly could be? If i were to run the Shiva in a .6 cubic foot box couldn't i expect the same frequency response in a .6 cubic foot box as that of the results in the White Paper?
