SQ amp for Rainbow SLC 265 Components

I want suggestions for an amp to power some Rainbow SLC 265 Components. I'm looking at the Kicker zx350.4 and the Diamond D3400 4-channel right now. A vote on either one or any other suggestions would be great. Keep in mind a budget of ~$150, SQ, and a good match for the Rainbows. Thanks for your input.
