Split between a few amps for two 12w7's

So I just got two 12w7's in a sealed box and i'm going to need an amp soon...

I'm kinda split between these three

-Crunch GroundPounderV2000.1D

-Crunch P1500.1

-Orion Hcca-D2400

I'm almost set on a A/B amp not class D. I plan on getting a better amp later on but just need one to run these babies for now.

Which one do you guys suggest? Thanks!

OP, I'd find something with at least 2000watts RMS at 1.5 ohms...

I doubt your going to find 2000watts for that cheap. You'd have better luck it you raised it to about 375-475$$.

if you want a class ab amp that puts out that kind of true power i suggest an old school us amps 2000. however it isnt going to be cheap

Look for something like a sundown 1500d, rd 1750.1, these are both zenon based amps that are underrated, and will have the power to push those jl's. They are also usually available for ~300 used, and are very good, high quality amps.

Edit: You will probably not notice a sound difference between a/b and d class, also a 2k a/b amp will play havoc with your electrical, as it requires a LOT more current than a comparable class d. Also look for an IA 20.1.. another great amp and there is at least one on the classifieds right now.

Also, if you see one, audioque is also a zenon based amp, I know they make a 1200, unsure about higher power levels

What do you mean zenon based? I know zenon amps are beasts, making the same power from 1-4 ohms and underrated. Are the sundowns and rd's like that also? Kinda confused when you say zenon based...

Zenon is a manufacturer based in korea. I would say it is one of the top non-american amp makers out there. Sundown, RD etc. , use Zenon as their buildhouse.
