your best bet competing wise is going to be getting down into s2 with a 80 amp fuse.

in s3 and probably in s2 your going to have a rough time with that setup.

Once again park an pound will be your best bet. Maybe the judges will give you a few practice runs to find out what song works best for you.

Yes. Iv been to a few that he has judged. I just don't really talk to people though

talking to other competitors and learning as much as you can is one of the best things about going to a show. most if not all of the people around there are very friendly and usually willing to talk and possibly give you a few pointers. as long as they arnt busy trying to get their cars into the lanes that is.

if you're tuned low I definitely wouldn't be competing with it. When you make a box you choose either spl or sq. I have been told by people that my system isn't as loud as others they've heard, but it sure gets lower and plays lows a lot nicer than other systems. I'm tuned to 25hz and I'm pretty happy with it, I wouldn't compete though...

x2 talk to the judge and veteran competitors at the show. See if you can use the MECA CD and to a sweep to get an idea of where you peak, so you know what tone or song to play.
