What motor would be used? I might need something more than what your building me.

can use any motor 7" or smaller and have built a couple with 3" coils.

Can you build 8's with 3" coils that don't need the spacers or do the spiders rip real easily

My t200 had some good output for a 8" on 200 watts. Rangers seem to get pretty loud tho

Almost done with the new box and im installing my front stage today. It'll consist of some vifa neo tweets and ID Oem's on an alpine f250(temp amp until I can buy a IA 6.4). Will be an active front stage as well using my imprint and Alpine CDA117.

Did a best 144.6 sealed up on a TL with 1 1508 in my truck at 45hz...not bad for the power I had at the time.

I would like to try her out on the power I have now but she is on the shelf collecting dust.

Got the box in, sounds pretty nice but im thinking im gonna go with a 3" aeroport and go a little bit smaller on the volume. I think ill be happier around .85 cubes tuned to 35-38, as said above by a member.

Hooked up the new sub and it may be slightly louder but its reaching mechanical limits extremely quickly

In the process of building a smaller box with a bigger port //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif. This sub is unloading extremely quickly but I did not mention that im throwing almost 2/3's of the power from a 20.1 at 1 ohm. Which is approximately what SPLaudio had rated it at (roughly 1000rms). This sub should wang with a few tricks. Ill keep you guys posted!
