I'm guessing that your amps puts out 1200 watts bridged?? at maybe 2ohms??

what kind of amp do u have first of all. And what kind of box, is it custom or pre-fab.

actually, the exact amp...and the specs of ur box (size, common or sep. chambers and tuning frequency) and most imortantly...UR BUDGET!!! lol, peace

it's a power acoustik gothic amp. 2ohm stable and i think 4ohm bridged.

it's a dual 12" ported box. pre fab.

about 500 bones a piece is what i'd spend.

i used to run rockford hx2's that what get pretty loud with about only have of there rms power. a couple kicker L7's would be loud but you would have to loose that prefab box with them. what is the size of that box and what is it tuned to? you would be a lot better off to buy the subs and build a custom ported box to the specs of the sub, or you can even pay someone to build it. you said you had $500 to spend on each sub? shit you can buy a whole new system for that much! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

JL W6 old school are pretty loud if you install them right... Just got SPL ***** the other day by one of them.

well, i'd sell that amp...and sell that box too! kinda lower line stuff...PA is OK...still need the EXACT specs on it. actual RMS ratings. Also, pre-fab ported boxes are utterly horrendous. Check out http://www.gnomeaudio.com for custom ported boxes really cheap. As for subs...i'd look into http://www.respl.com check out 2 12" SE's...or http://www.stereointegrity.com for 2 magnum d2's....great subs. peace

my amp is 600w per side and 1200 bridged.

i don't know measurments on my box. It's pretty big.

i had trouble getting it into my old car.

i wouldn't mind doin' a fiberglass install.

if anyone know's a good spot close by.

I live in canada, ontario near owen sound. if anyone knows where that is. lol
