SPL setup

right now i have 2x 05 model re xxx 15s ported @ 34hz in 9 cu ft^3 w/ 130sq in of port in my trunk, she bangs pretty good but now im to the point where i want louder, right now shes powered by an orion 2500d @ 1/2 ohm. I'm not sure if I should ditch the 2x re's in favor of a more SPL orentiated setup or keep the re's and build a new SPL box for them. I'm thinking 7 cubes @ 55hz w/ 150sq in of port... it's going to be strickly SPL for the time being

X2,XXX sound great and get loud,I would keep em(Iwant one too).I know that a single XXX can almost handle a full 2500d daily,soI would focus on more power.
